Order Confirmation & Processing
After you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirmation. All items at Deals Daze are made-to-order, meaning we only begin production once your order is confirmed.

Once your item is packaged, it goes through quality control checks before being shipped from our fulfillment center.
Shipping & Delivery Times
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Most orders are delivered in under 15 business days to major destinations.

Multiple Shipments
To ensure faster delivery, items in your order may ship separately if they’re sourced from different warehouses or suppliers. You’ll receive tracking information for each shipment.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll get an email with tracking information. Please note:

What Can Delay an Order?
While we aim to get your order delivered as quickly as possible, delays can occur due to:

Customs inspections or import regulations in your country

National holidays (especially in the supplier’s country of origin)

Weather events, strikes, or transit disruptions

High shipping volumes, especially during Q4 or flash sales

Local courier delays or regional disruptions

Supplier-side issues, such as factory stockouts or delays in goods reaching our warehouse
These delays are uncommon; however, in such cases, we’ll do our best to keep you informed and offer assistance.
Holiday & Peak Season Notice
During high-volume periods—especially late November through December (Q4 or major global holidays) —both processing and shipping times may increase.
Please allow extra time for your order to arrive, and consider ordering early to avoid disappointment.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. If an order is returned or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a reshipment fee will apply:

Deals Daze is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it:

Check with your local post office, neighbors, or building management

If the package is still missing, contact our support team—we’ll help investigate the issue and advise on next steps
Please note: Once a package is handed off to the carrier, they are responsible for delivery. However, we’re always here to support you through the process.
Product Quality Checks
All items undergo quality control inspections at our fulfillment center before shipping. We work exclusively with curated suppliers who meet high standards for product quality and manufacturing.
If you'd like to evaluate product quality yourself, you're welcome to place a sample order.
